Jain Comics

Jain comics tell the lives of Tirthankars, munis and great shravaks in panels and speech bubbles, the format a child reaches for on their own. Each comic book covers one story, so a seven-year-old can finish it in a sitting and retell it at dinner, and the pictures carry the meaning for a younger sibling who cannot read yet.

Parents use them as the bridge between picture books and chapter books, pathshala teachers hand one out as a reward, and a stack of Jain comics is an easy prabhavna gift for a children’s programme.
