Description
The two pieces of this set work in opposite directions. The ludo shows the child where past deeds led through 16 different stories, from Bharat Chakravarti to Nand Maniyaar the frog, while the Daily Virtue Card gives the child one small deed to practise today. Played together, the lesson of the board becomes a habit at home.
Good for: children aged 5 and up who can follow a ludo game and are starting to ask why things happen to people. The set is in English. Pathshala teachers find it useful for the age when stories alone stop holding attention.
How families use it: play one round of ludo on the weekend, stopping at each story to read the outline aloud, then let the child pick a virtue for the coming week from the card. The card is also sold separately as Daily Virtue Card for families who want one per child.
