Kids Series

Jainism for kids, gathered in one series: every book and activity made for a child, from a toddler’s first board book to the courses a pathshala teaches at twelve. The lives of the Tirthankars and the great shravaks are told as illustrated stories and comics, the stutis and first sutras come with pictures and simple meanings, and the ideas of karma, ahimsa and the bhavanas are explained at a child’s height. Alongside the reading are colouring books, workbooks and activity sets that make the same ideas something to do.

Start with picture books at two, move to stories and comics at five and to courses and kathas at ten. A set is the standard gift for a child joining pathshala, a first birthday or a naming ceremony, and pathshalas order them as prizes and prabhavna.
