Jain Meditation
Jain meditation, or dhyan, is taught here as a practice rather than a theory: books that walk the reader through the stages of the inner journey, the posture and breath of kayotsarg, and the disciplines of dhyanyog as the acharyas describe them. They are written for adults and older students who want a daily practice with a Jain foundation.
A dhyan book is a thoughtful gift for someone beginning a sadhana, a fitting prabhavna at a shibir on meditation, and a companion for the quiet hour before pratikraman.
