How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We generally ship the products within 7 days. Shipping period depends on the mode of shipment selected at checkout.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is optional. However, you can create an account during checkout.

How do I change my shipping address?

Please send us a message on WhatsApp with your order id & new address. Change in shipping address is only possible if your parcel has not been shipped.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive periodic notifications regarding your order by SMS, WhatsApp & Email.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No, we do not store your credit card information. The information entered by you is directly handled by the payment gateway.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. However, due to the current COVID situation, there has been a huge fluctuation in international shipping charges. We request you please share a screenshot of your order on WhatsApp & our customer service representative will get back to you with the latest shipping charges.

Will my items come in one package?

Yes, all your items will arrive in a single shipment unless it is communicated otherwise via a call or message.

My order arrived damaged

Any order damage complaints are to be done within 12 hours of receiving the package. No complaints shall be entertained thereafter. It is also advisable to take a video recording of the unboxing for faster resolution.
