Anandghanji

Anandghanji Maharaj was the seventeenth-century mystic monk whose pads, composed to the ragas of his day, remain the best-loved devotional poetry of Jain adhyatma. The book here presents all 110 pads with their meaning for today’s reader and pairs every pad with a recorded musical rendering, so the verses can be read, sung and heard.

It suits a personal swadhyay habit, a bhakti evening, a study circle that takes one pad a week, and gifting to a sadhak, a singer or someone entering a period of tapasya.
